Entry Submission

The Organiser has the right to require the Participant to submit or re-submit a duly completed Entry Form within a period specified by the Organiser. Subject to the foregoing, new or additional information provided by Participants after their submission shall not be accepted or considered. The Organiser has the right to propose to the Judging Panel to disqualify any Participant who fails to comply with the Competition rules or fails to submit or re-submit a duly completed application form as required by the Organiser.

If Black Rainstorm Warning or No. 8 Typhoon Signal or above is hoisted three hours before the submission deadline, the deadline will be postponed to 5:00pm on the next working day.

For the purpose of this Competition Document, “working day” means any day from Monday to Friday other than a public holiday / a gale warning day / black rainstorm warning day as defined in Section 71(2) of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Cap.1).

No responsibility will be taken by the Organiser and the Judging Panel for failure or late submission due to network problems, or failure of postal delivery of any document.

The Entries developed from film cameras will be further processed by scanning devices. No responsibility will be taken by the Organiser for any impact on the quality of the Entries due to the scanning process.

The Entries once submitted will not be allowed for editing, replacement or return.
